How do you price a job?
Price depends on the size of the home, how many stories, and how long it has been since the last service. We quote the whole job up front rather than charging by the hour, so the number you hear is the number you pay. Most quotes take a few minutes over the phone; larger or unusual properties we come look at first.
Do you clean interior windows too?
Our core service is exterior, which is where the weather damage and buildup happen. Interiors can be added on request — mention it when you ask for a quote and we will price it in.
Is soft washing actually safe for my roof?
Yes, and it is the reason we use it instead of a pressure washer. High pressure strips granules off asphalt shingles and shortens the life of the roof. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills the algae and moss at the root, so it stays gone longer and the shingles are left intact.
How often should gutters be cleaned in Minnesota?
Twice a year for most homes: once in late spring after the seeds and blossoms drop, and once in late fall after the leaves are down. If your house sits under mature trees, the fall cleaning matters most — clogged gutters going into winter are what cause ice dams and water backing up under the shingles.
Do I need to be home while you work?
No. Everything we do is outside, so as long as we have access to the property and the water spigot, you can be at work. We will let you know when we are finished and walk you through the result if you are there.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
We reschedule at no charge. Cleaning windows in the rain is a waste of your money, and roof work in wet conditions is not safe for our crew. We watch the forecast and call you ahead of time rather than leaving you waiting.
What does the satisfaction guarantee cover?
If something was missed or does not look right, tell us within a week and we come back and fix it. No argument, no additional charge.
